How do we work?

What to expect when we work together.

1. Initial call

We’ll get to know each other, discover the problem, discuss about the product and make a plan.

2. Planning phase

If we’re building a project from scratch, we’ll help you split it into smaller deliverables, each with deadlines and budgets.

3. Implementation

We’ll send you periodic updates on how the project is going. We’ll confirm with you before releasing new features to production. We’ll have weekly/biweekly short meetings for progress updates. We can always schedule more frequent meetings for urgent matters.

4. Maintenance

Something needs a fix or an update? Does the model need to be retrained? We’ll take a look and make the necessary changes.
